MYKOfan has recently been experiencing a high volume of traffic resulting in an overload on our hosting server. This has been causing slow load times and an increased amount of server errors. However, be rest assured that we are doing everything we can do resolve these issues as quickly as possible! ^.^ We are already in the process of making changes and expect these issues to be resolved within the next 3-4 days. Please be patient with us as we experience “growing pains”.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to address your questions, comments, or concerns. ^.^

As you guys know, two crazy drama fanatics started this site in hopes of making it one of the most comprehensive sources for Korean Dramas. Why? Because we know the feeling when you're in dire need of information on your "drama of the moment." Can you tell we've been there too!? ^^
Did you also know that these two crazy fans are the ones that wrote ALL the drama synopsis and cast overviews that you see on MYKOfan? Though we take great joy in providing these for you, we're now in need of help and would like to invite you to help with any of the following!!

Content contributors (Articles, Videos, Pictures)
As a writer, you will be featured in a "Contributors" section which MYKOfan plans to launch in late July. It will be a great way for any Korean drama fan or blogger to gain exposure. Inside the contributors section, writers will have a short biography along with a link to their own personal website or blog.
MYKOfan is coming up on it's 1 year anniversary and we still haven't lost sight of what we initially set out to do – to make this a one-stop shop resource for you K drama fanatics! Although there are currently only a few active users on MYKOfan, we're hopeful that you guys will rise to the occasion by being active contributors! We need all the help we can get so don't be shy!

Favorite Drama of all time? Time Between Dog and Wolf! I think Lee Joon-Ki’s acting is underrated and I liked this drama because it showcased his true acting talent (read the article about Joon-Ki’s acting on this page: http://www.mykofan.com/Time_Between_Dog_and_Wolf___-260-Articles-Drama.aspx) I was skeptical of this drama when it first came out but once I started watching it, I couldn’t stop! It had great action sequences and a very unique plot. I also think Sang-Mi is a hottie! Can’t wait to see her in another drama.
Favorite actor or actress? Kim Ah-Joong cuz she’s hot! MYKOfan, can you hook me up on a date with her?
What is your favorite section of MYKOfan? / What do you like most about MYKOfan? The Latest Drama Photos section because I can see pictures of scenes from all the Korean dramas as well as pictures of all the Korean celebrities.

Favorite Drama of all time? Autumn Tale. The reason I chose this drama is because this was the first drama I ever saw and happened to be the one that started it all for me. While this is probably the most depressing drama I've ever seen, it's my favorite mainly due to the perfect cast members (Song Hye Gyo *drools*) and their great acting, along with the cinematography and interesting plot.

What is your favorite section of MYKOfan? / What do you like most about MYKOfan? What I like most about MYKOfan is how everything KPOP related is centralized in one sweet location. You have individual drama pages that have great plot & cast synopsis along with your Video On Demand feature which is extremely convenient for us fans! As well as having the 'Fancafe' section where you can get your daily dose of KPOP and non-related news in the form of articles & videos..as well as the Q&A section. Simple genius!!

Site Speed: Can you feel the difference? Not sure if you noticed yet but we've recently made some backend changes that should significantly increase the speed of the site! Thanks to our tech guru we can now satisfy our Korean drama cravings…faster!!
Linking In vs. Linking Out?: There is the continuous debate as to whether or not we should allow external links to appear in a new browser window or have the current page direct you to the source. We've heard from you all and it's an even split of 50/50. So, to help make that decision we've recently changed the configuration to link OUT so that you can experience it first hand! We'd love to continuously hear from you so that we can come to a final decision so definitely let us know!! You can be sure that the next upgrade to our site will include an option in your account settings which will allow you to customize this in the future. ^^

FANcafe (KPOP News) Growing: The FANcafe has been picking up and the KPOP section has been growing and growing! Articles and videos have been posted by some of our beta testers/members and now we'd like to extend the welcome and encourage you all to submit content too! The whole purpose of the FANcafe section is for fans across the world to share their own knowledge of what's going on in the KPOP world. If we all contributed just a little of what we know, that would result in SERIOUS kpop knowledge. :) So if you know of any news- post and support the cause!

Thanks for checking up on the latest here at MYKOfan! We’re excited to roll out the “VOD” feature, which you can find as a sub-category in the Drama section (put your mouse over the “Drama” tab above and you’ll see the new “VOD” link). :)
Basically this “Video On Demand” feature will allow you to see what Korean drama videos have been updated or which ones have been completed!! Our goal here is to help you satisfy your Korean drama needs…FASTER! ^o^ Thanks to the dedicated fans who’ve found and submitted the videos! You rock!
