Lee Hyun-Woo (Park Jung-Chul) is a reserved car designer who dreams of designing a car that will revolutionize the auto industry. One day, while test driving his car with a friend, he sees Jung Eun-Soo (Go So-Young) having car problems on the side of the road. Eun-Soo is a violinist from Australia who temporarily came to Korea to perform. Hyun-Woo helps Eun-Soo fix her car and then drives off. However, a few minutes later, Eun-Soo ends up getting in a car accident and Hyun-Woo returns to rescue her! Left without a car, Eun-Soo asks Hyun-Woo to be her driver for the rest of the day and the two eventually become intimate during her short remaining time left in Korea as the two characters fall madly in love.
When Eun-Soo leaves Korea to return to Australia, Hyun-Woo turns into an emotional wreck. Unable to get the image of Eun-Soo’s pretty face out of his mind, he decides to go to Australia to look for her. Ironically, he ends up meeting Eun-Soo’s younger sister who leads him to Eun-Soo! The two of them continue where they left off and begin dating as they enjoy romantic walks on the beach and intimate conversations.
Hyun-Woo eventually proposes to Eun-Soo and receives her parent’s blessings for the marriage. When Hyun-Woo’s father comes to Australia to meet Eun-Soo’s parents, he suddenly becomes ill. He becomes so ill that he even walks out during their engagement ceremony! Little does Hyun-Woo know, there is a tragic history between both parents.
Later, Hyun-Woo returns to America to stabilize his career in anticipation of his upcoming marriage. Everything seems to be going smoothly when all of a sudden he receives a phone call from his father informing him that Eun-Soo was killed in a train accident! His whole world comes crumbling down and he himself ends up getting in a car accident. During his hospitalization, Kang Yoon-Jung (Park Han-Byul) tends to his bedside. Yoon-Jung has had a crush on Hyun-Woo ever since she was a little girl. Although she is saddened by Hyun-Woo’s physical condition, she is also glad that Eun-Soo is out of his life.
Fast forward a couple of years and Hyun-Woo is now working in the design division of SR Motors, and still trying to get over Eun-Soo. Just when he is on the verge of overcoming the past, a girl with a striking resemblance to Eun-Soo appears! To add to the confusion, the girl is dating the young and handsome CEO, Park Dong-Hyuk (Ryu Tae-Joon), of SR Motors! Hyun-Woo’s life comes crumbling down again as he can’t help but wonder, “Could this girl really be Eun-Soo?”
