Global Seoul Means Friendlier City for Foreigners

Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon knows very well that the capital has a long way to go before it can be acknowledged as a truly global city where foreign nationals can live comfortably. He has carried out various projects to make Seoul a better city, friendly to foreigners and travelers since he took office about two years ago. His projects are mostly long-term centered on improving ``software'' and getting rid of invisible hurdles. He knows these steps usually don't draw popularity as they are far from showing achievements in the short-term. Still, he is committed to pressing ahead with the projects.

..that would be nice, but Koreans on the whole are not very friendly people, I never felt welcomed their arrogance and their holier than thou attitude. Hopefully , it can be done and done well Korean is a beautiful country.
