It was an apparent effort to demonstrate he is well, but experts say even these carefully vetted images reveal signs that Kim is suffering the effects of a stroke. In the pictures his left arm seems weak. In one photo showing him in a chair as he watches the match, his left arm is placed limply in his lap.
