The country will do everything from push back office hours to 10am, refrain drivers from honking cars when passing by schools, and aircraft delays for landing and take-off during the English listening portion of the test!

this is truly crazy. I think Korea needs to work on reforming other parts of their education system before making reforms to cancel noise during test-taking.
