are you trying to download free content? if so, I don't think you can no longer download anything for free now on clubbox :(

report411 is correct - clubbox no longer allows free downloads. I logged into my old clubbox account and tried to download some shows, and it told me I need points in order to download. It then took me to a page where it asked me to put my name and Korean social security number, after which they could approve charging my bank in order to transfer points to my account.

I tried to download stuff multiple times unsuccessfully. Sorry to give you the bad news! Is there a specific drama you're looking for? I can try looking elsewhere for you.
