About:
In-Soon is warm, honest, and as transparent as glass. While she wants to put her past behind her, she also doesn’t hide the fact that she went to prison.
She was abandoned at birth and believed her mother was dead throughout her life. Having been raised by her grandmother she had no problems and lived a good life…until the day a schoolmate died which resulted in a prison sentence- for In-Soon. Having no choice she serves her sentence and it’s during this time her grandmother passes away. As the guilt racks up In-Soon soon loses all hope, courage, and confidence she once had. The only person who was there for her during this tremulous time was her teacher, who always told her she was pretty.
After her sentence In-Soon tries to find a job. Unfortunately, her criminal record is a huge barrier…even for odd end jobs! As her thoughts linger more on the side of suicide she is surprised when she runs into a schoolmate, Sang-Woo. What’s even more surprising is that she will one day discover that her “dead” mother is actually alive and well as a famous actress!
How will In-Soon survive in this world? Will her mother accept her after all these years?

About:
Jung-Ah is a doll- literally. She is constantly being told by her mother what to wear, say, and how to act! While the two don’t see each other eye to eye she’s always been obedient and has never crossed her mother.
Perhaps it’s because of her mother’s strong personality, but Jung-Ah has never found a need to grow her inner-self. Whenever she’s around her mother she’s almost mute-like, and it’s apparent that she’s been controlled by her mother since day one!
However, when In-Soon finds her way into their lives Jung-Ah’s reaction is startling…
