Synopsis
|
|
|
Seoul, in the 1930’s, was then known as Kyungsung and the place where the independence freedom fighters and pro-Japanese loyalists spent their time. This cultural war zone would become famous one day as an underground group comes together to overcome great obstacles in order to gain freedom.
Amidst the cultural war, stands a playboy, Sun Woo-Wan (Kang Ji-Hwan), who believes he can get any girl in just 10 minutes. While he lives his life the way he sees fit, there is one girl who catches his eye… Na Yuh-Kyung (Han Ji-Min). She isn’t your typical girl as most girls are adorned in the latest fashion or back then, quality garments. Instead, she wears traditional clothes and is respected as the night teacher to the poor children who can’t afford to go to school during the day. As he falls for this girl, he soon realizes that there’s more to life as he falls in love and eventually takes purposeful steps to helping the independence freedom fighters.
