Born in the year of the Dog, Han-Ja has lived a hard but loyal life to her husband and family. She came from a poor family background and barely graduated high school. Soon after she worked as a secretary at a small printing company; at the age of 25 married her husband, Il-Suk, and at the age of 27 she had her first child.
They didn't have much but they at least had each other and loved one another very much.
She has the type of personality that listens to others without doubt or hesitation. You would think that someone who lived such a hard life would put up barriers or pick and choose who or what to listen to, but not Han-Ja! While she has little money, a small reputation, and a good husband, she begins to realize that maybe there is something larger to her life than what she is living right now...
She doesn't verbalize this just yet but one day she begins to express through various changes in her life! ^^

Perhaps it's her previous divorce, or maybe it's just who she is, but she's certainly very doubtful and negative toward marriages these days! Now...would it be any surprise that she is a lawyer that specializes in divorces too?
She's currently dating another lawyer from the same law firm named Jong-Won who also happens to be a divorcee. It doesn't seem to bother them that they have an open and non-traditional relationship where they spend time with one another and live with each other on a part time basis without any strong commitment!
She doesn't even have a 1% thought of re-marriage but what happens when her mother finds out about her open, non-traditional relationship with this man?!

He may not have the smarts but he does have fortune as he realizes his business is profiting from the many new residents that begin to move into the surrounding neighborhood. He's friendly, nice, and soon becomes shocked when he realizes that the person he used to call "Nuna" (aka older sister sometimes used in a friendly way or in an intimate way in Korea) is now very pregnant with his baby! What's he to do now?
