Ki-Ja is one good Senior Editor. While those that work under her may complain and grumble at her hard, tough as nails exterior, if they were asked who they'd choose as their Sr. Editor it would be Ki-Ja hands down. While she doesn't seem to have a soft side she shows moments of emotion that indicates a warmth beneath her orders. She can't stand the new assistant/editor Suh-Jung but if she didn't think Suh-Jung could do the job Suh-Jung wouldn't be there.
